Jason has been with the company since 2013 working in marketing as well as social services. In 2023, Jason moved over to The Gardens Rehab as the Assistant Administrator and then in 2025 he completed his training, received his NHA license and became the Administrator. Jason is very customer service focused and looks to create a kind, nurturing environment for all of the residents, staff and visitors at The Gardens Rehab. His favorite part of the job is getting to build relationships with the residents and helping them achieve their goals while staying in the building. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play a variety of sports.
Tamara is passionate about caring for our residents and ensuring they receive the best care possible. After receiving her nursing license and working as an RN, she then became house supervisor and got hired as our Assistant Director of Nursing eventually becoming our Director of Nursing. Tamara is passionate about leading the nursing team at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center for more than a decade to positive resident outcomes. She leads her nursing team to be compassionate and caring to every resident. Tamara loves spending time with her family in her free time.
Jordan has been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2015 and has worked in many settings including Skilled Nursing, Hospitals, Home Health, and Outpatient therapies giving Jordan vast amounts of knowledge on a multitude of treatment techniques and working with a variety of diagnosis’s. Jordan has been with us since 2022 is very passionate about offering top quality Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to the rural community of Kingman. What Jordan enjoys most about his job is seeing patients recover and return home with their loved ones.
Brooke Humbers is the MDS coordinator for The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Brooke completed her CNA training and certification through the CNA program within our company in 2015. She then pursed her LPN license through MCC in 2021 and was quickly promoted to the MDS Coordinator position. She is currently pursuing her RN and continues to thrive in the nursing field. Brooke enjoys making sure residents receive the proper care and helping the facility run smoothly. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Dalton, going to Disneyland, and loves to spend time with her friends, family and dog Zeus.
Karen is our Social Services Director and moved to the Kingman area in 2022 from from Southern California . She has held many positions over her 30+ years of experience working in skilled nursing and has brought a wealth of knowledge to the team. Whether it is discharge planning or helping families navigate their loved ones care, she is always here to help. Karen has two children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to gamble and spend time with family and friends. She loves to work for a company that provides excellent care to the community and strives to be a comfort in the healing journey .
Holleigh is the Business Office Manager and handles all things related to billing. Whether that is billing insurances or collecting payments from residents or family. She has worked in billing and accounting offices since 2017 but took the leap into medical billing in 2023. Holleigh’s main goal is to ensure revenues are tracked accurately and that residents are being billed appropriately. She has a two daughters and loves her squishy face dogs as well. In her spare time you can catch her at the bowling alley competing in tournaments and having fun on the lanes. One of her favorite quotes is “If it scares you, it might be a good thing to try.”
Megan began her journey in 2010 where she worked in the dietary department as a server. In 2011 Megan aspired to further her career and she completed the CNA program offered by Creative Care and worked as a CNA before becoming Resident Care Coordinator Assistant in 2014 and then Resident Care Coordinator in 2016. In 2018 she accepted the position as Admissions Coordinator. Megan is proud to work for a company that prides itself on both the care that it provides to our community and the opportunity for growth within. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband John and their two children.
Heather completed her CNA training and certification through our company and has worked as a CNA with us for over 6 years working her way up to our Resident Care Coordinator. She has a customer service background and understands a caring smile can go a long way. Heather has a deep love for her residents and their quality of life. She is originally from Colorado and moved to Kingman in 1995. She has a son and loving husband. In her free time she enjoys playing board games with her family and reading books. Her life motto is “Don’t let your rational mind overrule your intuition. Your gut knows what’s best for you.”
Linda has extensive experience in Medical Records and has worked a wide variety of positions in the skilled nursing and assisted living fields over the last 20 years and specifically with the Gardens for 9 years. She is meticulous in ensuring records are up to date and accurate. Linda is passionate about helping people and helping however she can. She is originally from Prescott, AZ and moved to Kingman in 1996. She has 2 adult daughters and has a love for all animals, especially dogs. In her free time Linda enjoys hiking and camping. Her motto is pretty simple, “Be the reason someone smiles today.”
Nicole is our Nutrition Services Director and has been employed with the company working in dietary since December of 2010. She decided to continue with her passion and became a
Certified Dietary Manager in 2013. Nicole has substantial experience managing food service operations, ensuring food safety and providing exceptional nutritional care at various facilities. Nicole not only loves her residents but values her staff and they have successfully maintained Zero Deficiency State Surveys for 12 years. She has a passion for what she does and it shows through her work every day.
Nicolle has is our Life Enrichment Director and loves to bring creativity, compassion, and energy to her residents . With nearly 4 years of experience in senior care and 6 years in enrichment-focused roles,
She finds true joy in building relationships and creating meaningful moments through engaging indoor and outdoor activities. When she’s not planning the next themed event or group outing, you’ll find her enjoying her own hobbies—baking, crafting, painting, fishing, boating, or hiking.

Gabriel worked for The Irvine Company for 14 years in California, where he was a Senior Service Manager responsible for leading all phases of Maintenance Operations. Currently Gabe is attending the University of California Irvine where he will be acquiring his Facility Management Certification. Gabriel has been with us for 4 years and loves to maintain the upkeep of our building keeping resident and staff safe. He really enjoys Arizona and everything it has to offer. Outside of work, Gabriel’s hobbies are coaching his sons baseball team and painting with his daughter.

Virginia has managed Environmental Services Departments for 25 years and has been with the Garden's for 10 years. Virginia really enjoys her role providing a clean and safe environment for our residents. She has three kids, thirteen grandkids and one great granddaughter. Virginia likes spending lots of time with her grandkids and great granddaughter along with going to the river, fishing, going camping, listening to music and dancing.
