Kristen has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2011, however, she has been working for the organization in different capacities since 2006. Kristen is very passionate about Kingman’s rural community and the healthcare services provided. She works closely with The Gardens Rehab & Care Center leadership team to provide quality care and services to those seeking skilled or long term care services in the Kingman area.
Jason has been with the company since 2013 working in marketing as well as a social worker. In early 2023, Jason moved over to administration at The Gardens Rehab. Jason is very customer service focused and looks to create a kind, nurturing environment for all of the residents. In his free time, Jason enjoys watching his kids play a variety of sports.
Tamara is passionate about caring for our residents, After receiving her nursing license and working as an RN, she then became house supervisor and transitioned to the Assistant Director of Nursing eventually becoming our Director of Nursing. Tamara is passionate about leading the nursing team at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center to positive resident outcomes. She leads her nursing team to be compassionate and caring to every resident. Tamara loves spending time with her family in her free time.
Jordan has been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2015 and has worked in many settings including Skilled Nursing, Hospital, Home Health, and Outpatient therapies giving Jordan a vast amounts of knowledge on a multitude of treatment techniques and working with a variety of diagnosis’s. Jordan is very passionate about offering top quality Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to the rural community of Kingman. What Jordan enjoys most about his job is seeing patients recover and return home with their loved ones.
Brooke Humbers is the MDS coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. She completed the CNA program within our company in 2015. She then pursed her LPN license through MCC in 2021 and quickly promoted to the MDS coordinator. She is currently pursuing her RN and continues to thrive in the nursing field. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Dalton, going to Disneyland, and loves to spend time with her friends, family and dog Zeus.
Karen moved to the Kingman area in 2022 from from Southern California where she has lived most of her life. She has held many positions over her 30+ years of experience working in skilled nursing. Karen has two children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to gamble and spend time with family and friends. She loves to work for a company that provides excellent care to the community.
Holleigh moved to Kingman recently. She handles all things related to billing. She has worked in billing and accounting since 2017 but recently took a jump into medical billing fields in 2023. Holleigh’s main goal is to ensure revenues are tracked accurately and appropriately so everyone can ensure the best possible resident care. She has two daughters and loves her squishy face dogs as well. You can find Holleigh often on the road with her and her girls or on the bike of her spouses motorcycle as she loves to travel. One of her favorite quotes is “If it scares you, it might be a good thing to try.”
Megan began her journey in 2010 where she worked in the dietary department as a server. In 2011 Megan aspired to further her career and she completed the CNA program offered by Creative Care and worked as a CNA before becoming Resident Care Coordinator Assistant in 2014 and then Resident Care Coordinator in 2016. In 2018 she accepted the position as Admissions Coordinator. Megan is proud to work for a company that prides itself on both the care that it provides to our community and the opportunity for growth within. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband John and their two children.
Heather completed her CNA training and certification through our company and has worked as a CNA with us for over 6 years with a customer service background. Heather has a deep love for her residents and their quality of life. She is originally from Colorado and moved to Kingman in 1995. She has a son and loving husband. In her free time she enjoys playing board games with her family and reading books. Her life motto is “Don’t let your rational mind overrule your intuition. Your gut knows what’s best for you.”
Linda has tons of experience and has worked a wide variety of jobs in the skilled nursing and assisted living fields over the last 20 years. Linda is passionate about helping people and helping however she can. She is originally from Prescott, AZ and moved to Kingman in 1996. She has 2 adult daughters and has a love for all animals, especially dogs. In her free time Linda enjoys hiking and camping. Her motto is pretty simple, “Be the reason someone smiles today.”
Delila manages her activities staff and organizes fun activities for the residents daily. She has been with the company since 2009. Delila started in the dietary department before moving over to the activities team. Delila was born and raised in California and moved to Kingman to start her family. Today, Delila has three beautiful girls, is a loving grandmother and enjoys going to the beach in her free time.
Nicole has been employed with the company and working in dietary since December of 2010. In August of 2013, she promoted to Nutrition Services Director. After three years, Nicole became certified in her role. Nicole enjoys hiking, being a mother not only to her child but everyone she notices is in need of help, taking care of the elderly, and loves her family.
Gabriel worked for The Irvine Company for 14 years in California, where he was a Senior Service Manager responsible for leading all phases of Maintenance Operations. Gabriel worked for The Irvine Company for 14 years in California, where he was a Senior Service Manager responsible for leading all phases of Maintenance Operations. Currently Gabe is attending the University of California Irvine where he will be acquiring his Facility Management Certification. Gabriel moved to Arizona and is really enjoying this beautiful state and all it has to offer.. Outside of work, Gabriel’s hobbies are coaching his sons baseball team and painting with his daughter.
She was born and raised in Riverside, CA and moved to Kingman, AZ in 1998. Virginia has managed Environmental Services Departments for twenty five years and really enjoys her role. She has three kids, thirteen grandkids and one great granddaughter. Virginia likes spending lots of time with my grandkids and great granddaughter along with going to the river, fishing, camping, music and dancing.
